Vicki is a skilled communicator who has improved processes across a range of industries including aged care, education and banking.
She has experience working in aged care, education, stockbroking, funds management and banking; and has demonstrated her ability to design, build, deliver and support IT projects.
Vicki’s achievements across various industries include:
- Successfully developing an online account processing automated commercial banking application for one of the big four banks.
- Designing and implementing a positional risk analytical reporting system, providing more accurate and efficient reporting to the Australian Stock Exchange for a large securities company.
- Successfully managing a securities lending system for a consortium of major banks and stockbrokers’ systems, delivering an estimated $4M profit annually.
- Developing procedures for a large transformation project with an aged care provider in NSW.
During her 30-year professional career, Vicki has held systems analysis, software development and project management positions with JP Morgan, Colonial First State, ABN AMRO, CommSec, BNP Paribas, Westpac and CSC. She has also fulfilled roles as change agent, consultant and technical writer to tertiary education and aged care institutions.
Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science and Mathematics) from the University of Sydney and Lean Six Sigma Foundations certification.
